Gram CounterDelivery and returns for kitchen scales
Check the delivered items
Check the platform and supplied accessories before installing batteries or connecting power. Retain the model identifier for a display or capacity enquiry.
Delivery amount
The order summary calculates transport separately from instrument cost. It adds $5.95 until goods reach $100 before discounts; the standard delivery figure is then zero. Review both rows.
If something is wrong
Use support@gramcounter.shop and identify the scale model or accessory. For a weighing concern, describe the load and displayed increment without sending personal dietary information. A reference helps locate a recorded selection.
